Terrible customer service especially…
Terrible customer service especially when you move house and you hhave to pick up the bills from a previous tenant. 3 we chats to them and they. Still can't get it right. Would not. Recommend, they just don't care about you as a custommer/potential customer or anything else.

Visit by a heating advisor
The visit by a heating advisor was great. He was very professional and friendly, explaining everything and the reasoning behind it. The only minus is the price which was high, but with a very professional approach guaranteed.

Horrendous
We haven't moved in yet but the National Grid declared out meter unsafe and severed the connection BUT with no number or means of correcting what they condemned and so reconnecting the supply. Thank goodness we can manage without our gas supply at the moment. No phone number, no person to contact. Hopeless.

Absolutely shocking energy company !!!!!!!! Would not recommend in a million years. They up your bills WITHOUT telling you. Dont let you lower them even tho they say themselves that your paying too much ! And you can never get through to anyone when you call.

This was my annual boiler service from British Gas. Fab customer service . Checked everything thoroughly and replaced anything needed. Explained everything simply
Realised I needed a new carbon monoxide monitor and replaced it on the spot. Did not need to clear any rubbish after them. Mark was a fab ambassador for BG.

Poor response from British Gas
Had our boiler serviced last Friday and it developed a leak on Saturday! Emergency engineer came on Sunday but had no parts to fix it. Had to return on Monday and effectively re-build the boiler. OK reasonably quick service but would expect better if British Gas as the problem should have been identified on the first visit and the remedial engineer having no parts to repair it us unacceptable!
